Change can be scary.  Especially when changing from a familiar phone system that you and your staff are comfortable with.  However, you are excited about the improved functionality and cost savings that a VOIP Phone system will provide.  At ITC, we are committed to making each transition as easy as possible by assigning a Project Manager to walk you step by step through the installation process.  We will start by discussing your needs and goals, then work with you to customize your new set up.  Your project manager will take this information and use it to update the web based portal that is the foundation of your new system and will create a training program that is tailored to you and your staff.  A Training session will then be conducted focusing on your specific, customized features.  The project manager will install the phone system for you, prebuilding each phone prior to the install to ensure quality and to maximize efficiency.  Once the system has been installed and implemented, your project manager will follow your progress for the next thirty days to assist you with any questions that you may have, as well as to help with any changes you may need.  ITC Project Managers will be with you every step of the way to provide you with the very best in Personal Service throughout the process.
