Hosted Exchange Wins The Day in Stamford CT

ITC successfully assisted a Financial Services Firm located in Stamford CT on a Hosted Exchange Project.  During a WAN Op consultation, it was revealed that their in-house Exchange administrator had left the company, leaving the responsibilities of maintaining hardware, installing security updates, and daily backup to the Network Manager and the CTO.  The added responsibilities of maintaining an on premise Exchange environment in addition to performing their main responsibilities had created the necessity to find a different solution.  Additionally, they were also looking to add a redundant back up system to ensure their network and security met desired service levels.

It became clear that moving their onsite Exchange Server to a hosted Exchange would be the right solution.  Through in depth consultation, ITC provided proposals from vendors to help them find a Hosted Exchange service that was able to provide the right solution for their specific situation.  After several technical conversations with the client, Dave was able to help them narrow their options down to the one vendor that could provide them the exact functionality and security they needed, negotiating with the vendor to close the deal within their budget.

ITC was able to use his technical knowledge and experience to help the client resolve a situation that had been shifting the majority of their time, energy, and capital on maintenance and troubleshooting.  A Hosted Exchange Solution is now allowing them to redirect their focus back to the primary responsibilities of their business.
